WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
# 1. Post a blog 3 times a week (M, W & F) of at least 200 words. In your blogs you could:
-describe something you learned
-explain something that surprised you
-give an update about stuff you're working on
-explain how you solved a problem
-tell a cool story
Also include images, sounds or video from your project.
# 2. Respond thoughtfully to another blogger's posts on this site. Post 1 of these response-blogs per week (200 or more words each).
Each of you is expected to contribute to this blog--even if you're working with another senior or with a group.
I'm really looking forward to following your project via your postings! Have fun!

The first day of my senior project went very well. It is nice that I can finally do what I want for an entire day instead of just during flex. I first started my day by going to to Uthrect, an art supplies store, where I normally get all the things I need when painting. I got alot of different paints and a canvas to start my first piece. I talked with my sponsor, Bess Richard, about what to focus on when creating my exhibit and the theme for my show. My theme is events, memories, and people that all contributed in making this year so special and great. The potential title for my show could be "the 18th year" but I am still deciding. After I got all my supplies and met with my sponsor, I started working on my first piece. It is a portrait of me in my room. I have made good progress on it and I am excited to see what the end result will look like.
